FAQ

When do you start and when does your hourly rate expire?

Just a second before we knock on your door do we begin. After you are certain that all your belongings are secure in your home, we call it a day and round up to the following half hour or the minimum of the scheduled time.

 

When should I schedule my move?

We advise making reservations two weeks in advance for a weekend move (Friday-Sunday) and one week in advance for a weekday move to avoid disappointment and secure your desired date and time for your move. If you make a reservation after this time, we might already be sold out for your selected date and time.

 

Am I able to load my boxes?

Yes! The removalist will not be liable for any breakages, nor will these items be covered by insurance, UNLESS you've organised coverage. You can pack your boxes, and we will move them carefully.

 

Do you deliver our animals?

Pets are not transported by us. Pets and plants should ideally be transported in your automobile.

 

Can I instruct the moving company to pack in a particular manner?

You can perform this, but it's doubtful that you'll have the necessary competence unless you've had instruction as a packer. Also, the removalist cannot be held liable for any breakages, which may have an impact on your insurance.

 

From whom can I purchase packing supplies?

In addition to moving services, your removalist also offers these, but at an additional expense.
